The cost of the two week intensive course is determined by the following two options that will be made possible to you on a first-come-first-served basis. The 11 nights of stay will be provided by a hotel from September 27 to October 8, and the stay on October 9th, October 10th will be provided by the lodge at Ashu in the mountain (You will share 1 room with 4 people, Japanese tatami room). The followings are the costs for the 14 nights of stay including the stay in the lodge at Ashu.
Early bird can benefit from the discount, but should register and conclude payment before May 31, 2020.

Please indicate your preference in the application form: shared room or single room.
For late application with payment received after May 31, 2020, the fee for the seminar is 500,000 Japanese yen on a shared-room basis (as single room will not be available after May 31). It is advised to get in touch with us first, to see of there are still participant position open you apply after May 31, 2020.
This course fee covers all lectures, course materials provided in Japan, housing for the duration of the two week course (14 nights • shared accomodations), and transportation fees to and from gardens within Japan while participating in the course.
If you choose option 1) from above, the Center will be in-charge of the room assignments for you.

Please note that the seminar may be canceled in the following situations:
We will inform you of the seminar's cancelation no later than August 1, 2020 on this website. If cancelation is decided after the payments are made, the Center will refund all the amounts of payments that have been made before the cancelation notice.
Cancelations by the prospective participants will be handled in the following manner:
50% of the fee will be charged for cancelations made on and after July 25th.
No refund for cancelations made on and after August 25th.
We will deduct the handling fee from the total amount and refund the rest.
The seminar fee cannot be carried over to the next year's seminar.
